Here are some questions you should be able to answer:
- What is your definition of a great website? What do you want your website to do for you? For your site visitors? Why?
- Will this be ongoing work (for example, writing a newsletter, or updating a content-rich website), or a single project (for example, creating a site or a newsletter template)?
- Do you already have your own text and/or graphics, or will you need me to write copy, create a logo, etc.?
- What is your timeframe for completion of this work?
When you contract with me, you can expect a solution that fits your unique needs, not a fill-in-the-blanks template.
Your final price quote will depend on many factors—what features you need, what level of interactivity you want your site to have, and how large the site is, to name a few factors. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions you might have.
A Few Pricing Details
- So that I may better serve my clients, I require a signed written agreement prior to beginning work.
- Please be prepared to prepay a deposit of 50% of the contract amount, with the balance due on project completion.
- My minimum single-project fee is $800.
- I offer a flat monthly fee option to many of my clients with ongoing needs.
- Payment is due within 10 business days of the invoice date.
- I accept payment by check, PayPal, or credit card.
